Completion of Transfer of Vennont Electric Generation and Transmission Cooperative, Inc. Ownership Share of Seabrook Station Gentlemen:
On February 15, 1994, the Vermont Electric Generation and Transmission Cooperative, Inc.
(VEG&T) completed the transfer of its 0.41259% ownership interest in Seabrook Station to the North Atlantic Energy Corporation (NAEC). This transfer was accomplished under the consent granted by the NitC in Amendment No. 28 to Seabrook Station's operating license and the accompanying Order Approving Transfer of1 icense Reference (c). With the completion of the transfer, Amendment No. 28 has now been implemented by North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation, if you have any questions regarding this subject, please call Mr. Terry 1,.
