Enclosed is H. J. Yang's letter that concludes that the control rod withdrawal block function of the MRBM subsystem should not be included in Subsection 14.2.12.2.6.
This letter provided the basis of the conference call between H. J. Yang and Frank Talbot on February 9,1994. As a result of this call,it was agreed that Subsection i
14.2.12.2.6 will not include the control rod withdrawal block function of the MRBM subsystem.
Please provide a copy of this transmittal to Frank Talbot.
