Significant Deficiency
Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
On July 26, 1982, Mr. John Rogge of the Region II office les informed of a significant deficiency under the provisions of 10CER50.55(e). This deficiency involved the clearance requirements between safety related piping and their supports when the supports are box type guides. At this time, we have not conpleted our evaluation on this deficiency. We expect to couplete our review and issue a final report in approximately two weeks.
