Dear Mr. Haynes:

Philadelphia Electric Company has reviewed IE Bulletin 82-01, Revision 1 for its applicability to Limerick and has determined that piping from Associated Piping and Engineering Corporation (AP&E) was supplied for Limerick by General Electric Co. for use in certain NSSS systems.

We have performed a 100%

review of the radiographic films submitted by AP&E for this piping and found them to be acceptable.

None of the deficiencies described in the subject Bulletin were identified.

Based upon the above, we plan no further action on this matter.
