Dear Mr. Haynes:
f Our letter of August 5, 1981 advised your office that March 2, 1982 has been selected by the Director of the New Y_ork. State Nuclear Emergency Planning Group as_the date for,the_ Indian Point-Unit 7Nos. 2 and 3 radiological emergency planning drill.
In response to your letter dated October 26, 1981, the licensees provide, herewith, the objectives for the Indian Point site emergency preparedness exercise.
A scenario, in which an accident will be postulated at Indian Point Unit 3, will be submitted with-in the time frame set forth in your October 26 letter.
The New York State Radiological Emergency Preparedness Group is providing the exercise objectives to FEMA.
