As you requested, we have provided the rewording of our contentions in the enclosed filing based on the transcript.
In some places we have corrected the transcript based on our previous filings, and we have adopted the plural form for

In addition, since I noticed the matter as I want through the transcript, I will take the opportunity to inform you now that the; transcript is incorrect fairly frequently in attributing language.
