SWITCHOVER TO ESSENTIAL RAW COOLING WATER (ERCW)" M In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing an amendment to Licenses DPR-77 '

and DPR-79 to change the TSs of SON Units l'and 2. The proposed change revises the 'i switchover pressure setpoint of the motor-driven auxiliary feedwater pump to address vortexing in the condensate storage tank. This change affects Table 3.3-4, " Engineered  :

Safety Feature Actuation System Instrumentation Trip Setpoints," for both. units at SON.

The proposed TS change is identified in Enclosure 1. The justification for the proposed TS change is provided in Enclosure 2. A proposed determination of no significant safety hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in Enclosure 3.- ,

The vortex calculation package supporting the proposed setpoint revision is located in the j TVA Rockville office. ,

1 TVA requests a 45-day implementation period for this TS change following issuance.
