J W COOK LETTER TO H R DENTON DATED MARCH 30, 1982, SERIAL 16592 The referenced letter transmitted a number of Certified Material Test Reports (CMTR's) as requested by your Mr Halapatz. One CMTR was inadvertently omitted. Attached is the CMTR for the penetration sleeve in penetration 2Z-88.

The penetration sleeve for 2Z-88 was tested for both -50 F and +30 F.

The material is identified by Heat Number A40531. The technical specification which procurred this sleeve required impact testing in accordance with the ASME Code,Section III, Division 1, Subsection NE, Artical NE2300, 1974 Edition through Summer 1976 Addenda. The Charpy Impact Test results obtained in the test conducted at -50 F fall within the requirements of the above code.

This will supplement those CMTR's previously forwarded by our correspondence of March 30, 1982.
