Vermont Yankee Final Safety Analysis Report Update
Dear Sir:
Pursuant to the requirements of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50.71, Vermont Yankee hereby submits one original and twelve copies of the updated Vermont Yankee Final Safety Analysis Report (VY FSAR). As required, these documents contain the changes necessary to reflect information and analyses submitted to the NRC or prepared in response to NRC requirements since the submittal of the original VY FSAR.
In addition, revisions have been made to include the effects of:
all changes made in the facility or procedures as described in the original FSAR; all safety evaluations performed by Vermont Yankee in support of license amendments or in support of conclusions that changes did not involve unreviewed safety questions; and all analyses of new safety issues performed at NRC request.
