APPLICANTS' MOTION TO IDENTIFY AN ADDITIONAL WITNESS Applicants hereby move that they be permitted to recall Mr. John T.
Merritt, Jr. as a witness in the above-captioned proceeding scheduled to resume July 26, 1982.
Mr. Merritt was not listed by Applicants as a wit-ness for the July 26 hearings.
However, certain issues have been raised by the interv.enors in connection with Contention 5 since June 23, 1982, the date by which wit-nesses were to be identified, and Mr. Merritt's testimony will relate to those issues.
They concern the placement of shims in polar crane girder support bracket assemblies.
Mr. Merritt was a witness for the Applicants during the earlier hearings on this Contention.
