Enclosed are the latest issues of twelve recently revised and four recently changed Waterford 3 Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures. The revised and changed procedures do not decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan. This submittal is in accordance with Appendix E of 10CFR50.
