Dear Mr. Martin:
l I am writing to express my concerns over the possibility that waste water from the Three Mile Island nuclear facility may oe discharged into the Susquehanna River and Chesapeake Bay.
A recent letter to you from Mr. Elmer E. Horsey, President of the Kent County Council of Governments, outlines in some detail the seric.'is reservations that Kent County residents have regard-ing this matter.
I am taking this opportunity to reiterate their Concerns.
I would appreciate your keeping me informed of any decisions made in this regard.
