Dear Mr. Collins:
In Reference ],
LP&L committed to submit a final report on the subject Significant Construction Deficiency by June 25, 1982. At the present time, the material to complete the work is on site and the material documentation is being processed. The systems associated with the fan shrouds have been turned over by the contractor to LP&L. We are now waiting for LP&L Start-up to assign a time frame in which the fan shrouds may be installed.
Based on the above restraint, it is anticipated that a final report will be submitted by September 15, 1982.
