LICENSEE'S REPLY TO NRC STAFF'S RESPONSE TO APPEAL BOARD'S ORDER OF JULY 14, 1982 In an Order dated July 14, 1982, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board in this proceeding directed certain questions to Licensee and the NRC Staff, to be answered in affidavit form in advance of the oral argument on plant design, procedures and separation issues scheduled for September 1, 1982.
All parties were extended the opportunity to reply in the form of comments or affidavits.
Licensee herein submits its~ reply to the "NRC Staff's Response to Appeal Board's Order of July 14, 1982," dated August 9, 1982.
Licensee's reply is limited to Paragraphs 25 to 30 of the Staff's Affidavit of Walton L. Jensen, Jr.
In particular, Licensee disagrees in part with Mr. Jensen's summary of the history and current status of Staff and Licensee actions taken pursuant to NUREG-0737 Item.II.K.3.30.

We do not seek Appeal Board arbi-tration of the technical dialogue currently proceeding between the Staff and Licensee in response to NUREG-0737 Item II.K.3.30.
