Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3 Technical Specification Change Request

Letter from G. A. Hunger, Jr. (PECO) to NRC dated November 1,1993
Dear Sir:
In the above referenced letter, PECO Energy Company (PECO) submitted, in accordance with 10 CFR 5G.90, Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) 91-06, which requested changes to Appendix A of the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) Operating Ucenses. The proposed changes concemed the Main Control Room Intake Air Radiation Monitors, and an administrative change to the Seismic Monitoring Instrumentation section.
PECO hereby requests that our original submittal be revised such that the submitted Units 2 and 3 pages 59,84,233a and 235 be deleted and replaced with the attached revised Units 2 and 3 pages 59,84,233a and 235. These pages are being revised to incorporate a recently approved amendment and minor administrative changes. This issue was discussed between Ken Graff (PECO) and Steve Dembek (NRC) on January 24,1994.
We have determined that this revision does not alter our evaluation of any of the -
10 CFR 50.59 standards, and therefore, does not affect our conclusion that TSCR 91-06 does not constitute an unreviewed safety question. Also, we have concluded that the proposed revision does not affect the information supporting a finding of No Significant Hazards Consideration and the information supporting an EnvironmentalImpact Assessment.
