Dear Chairman Cotter:
As noted during today's conference call among the Chairman and the parties, as an' adjunct to the: Atomic Safety 3
and Licensing Board's Memorandum and.' Order of July 30, 1982, we received from Scott W.
St'ucky-,
Chief.,' Docketing and Service Branch, a memorandum dated' August 3, 1982 enclosing a service list for the use of the parties in the captioned proceeding.

~ wanted to bring the following matters concerning ' that service list to.~.your attention to assure that there ~ i s~
no mi'sunderstanding regarding: service of documents.
Applicant will,'in the future, send to a representative
~
of each petitioner,- copies of all. formal amendments to the Application for:an operating license, including amendments to the Final Safety Analysis Report and supplements to the
~
Operating License Stage following Environmental Report past practice.
Beciuse of the bulk of certain of these submittals, delivery by other than first class mail is sometimes necessitated.
Several matters relating to the service list need clarification.
Mr. Humphreys is no longer with Gulf States Utilities Company, and service upon the Company should be made on:

Esq. noted his appearance in this proceeding for both Louisianians for Safe Energy, Inc. and Gretchen Reinike Rothschild.
Inasmuch as Mrs.
Rothschild is now represented by counsel, it is our intention to remove her from the Service List.
To avoid any confusion, I have attached a copy of a service. list which reflects these charges and which, for completeness, also lists the NRC Docketing and Service Section.
If my understandings are not correct or if these arrangement are not satisfactory to the Board, please let me know so that corrective action can be promptly taken.
