Dear Administrative Judges :

This is to inform you that Applicants have agreed to add the optional 5 extra days to the period within which a motion to compel discovery may be filed, pursuant to the Board's ruling made during the July 13, 1982 conference call.

The interrogatories 'in question are those to which Applicants-object in " Applicants' Answer to Sunflower Alliance Inc. et al.

Second Set of Interrogatories to Applicants," dated August 11, 1982.

Applicants and intervenor's have a fundamental disagree-ment as to the scope of Issue #1.

Accordingly, the motion to compel discovery will be filed by September 7,~ 1982, unless agreement can be reached before then.

I Sincerely, h-W Susan L. Hiatt OCHE Representative 8275 Munson Rd.
