  • hereby submits its Amendment to Motion Concerning Litigible Issues in order to set forth new contentions not included in the original Motion which arise out of the Safety Evaluation Report.

THIRD LITIGIBLE ISSUE Increased Probability of Tube FailLres Due to Sleeving Contention (f) Sleeves in Corroded Tubes. If the expansion at the upper joint of the sleeve is located where the tube is corroded, a

tne expansion process may weaken tne tube such that it will fall during operating or accident conditions and create a leakage patnway.
