Reference (b) informed you of our intent to sutmit our Plant Unique Analysis for the Mark 1 Program by August 1, 1982. A recent telephone conversation with Mr. V. Fooney of your staff indicates that submittal of the required information for Vermont Yankee by September 17, 1982 would be deemed acceptatie. Therefore, Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation proposes to submit the Plant Unique Analysis for our Mark I containment effort by September 17, 1982.
