.j Attached is one original and three copies of Revision _12a to the Palisades Suitability, Training and Qualification Plan (STQP). This revision is-submitted in response to your letter to Consumers Power Company dated December 2, 1993 which determined that certain changes contained ~in Revision 12 to the Palisades STQP were unacceptable under the criteria of ICCFR50.54(p). The changes determined to be unacceptable' have been restored to previous Plan wording. The other items have been clarified in response to the Review Comments.
Consumers Power has determined that the changes contained in.this Revision do not degrade the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan. Accordingly this i
revision is submitted under the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p)(2).
