Georgia Power Company has investigated the security violations alleged to have occurred at Plant Hatch on April 26, 1982 and specified in your letter of July 13, 1982.
(NRC Inspection Report 50-321/82-15 and 50-366/82-15).
We concur with the findings of the NRC inspection and will not protest the imposition of civil penalty.
Accordingly, please find enclosed payment in the sum of $20,000.
The response to notice of Violation contains Safeguards Information.
Therefore, tne response submitted as Enclosure A should be handled in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and should be withheld from public disclosure.
This letter contains no Safeguards Information and may be placed in the Public Document Room.
