Reply to Notice of One Itam of Noncompliance Gentlemen:

In accordance with Section 2.201 of NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, this letter is written to explain and to describe the corrective action taken to prevent any further violations as noted in your letter of 27 July 1982.

Violation No. 1:

A qualified Health Physicist was not present at the Reactor Safeguards Subcommittee's quarterly meeting on 14 October 1981 as specified in the Technical Specifications, Section H, " Administrative Require-ments", Part 2, paragraph 3.

Corrective Action:

All future meetings will be scheduled so that the Health Physicist is in attendance. The certifica-tion of additional personnel as Health Physicist will assure compliance with the Technical Specifica-tions.
