This proposed amendment changes tsection 3.11, Reactor Fuel Assemblies, by removing information concerning the analytical method to determine average planar linear heat generation rrte and providing reference to the presentation ,

of the information in the Core Operating Limits Report. In addition, this proposed amendment changes sect. ion 6.7, Reporting Requirements, by revising the listing of approved analytical methods for developing the core Operating Limits Report, and revises the Technical Specification Bases for section 3.11 '

concerning the calculation methodology for MCPR.

Exhibit A contains a description of the proposed changes, the reasons for requesting the changes, a safety Evaluation, a Determination of Significant .

Hazards Consideration, and an Environmental Assessment. Exhibit B contains the current Technical Specification pages marked up with the proposed changes.

Exhibit C contains revised Monticello Technical Specification pages. Exhibit .

D contains current Core Operating Limits Report pages marked up with proposed "

changes based on approval of this amendment.

Based on approval of this amendment, the Monticello Core Operating l Limits Report would be revised such that the section discussing APLHGR limits would provide a reference to Technical Specification 6.7.A.7.b.
