Five copies of the Process Control Program (PCP) for solidification pro-cesses which may be used at the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant are being submitted for your review. This PCP is required by the Technical, Specifications we have proposed to implement the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix I, 40 CFR Part 190, and other % gulations of the Commission related to radioactive effluent and waste control.
Attached are affidavits stating the reasons for requesting exemption from public disclosure of this document.

ATCOR Engineered Systems, Inc. requests that the sections of AT(IR's Topical Report No. ATC-132A-P-A entitled "The ATCOR Radwaste Solidification System",
listed on the attached, be maintained as confidential in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR2.790. These sections contain information which should be withheld from public disclosure since they contain information which ATCOR routinely considers to be proprietary. Disclosure of this infomation to the public domain could cause substantial harm to ATCOR's competitive position and would release information to competitors which was developed at considerable cost to ATCOR.
The attached describes all those paragraphs and sections that are to be considered proprietary infomation.
