AMENDMENT N0. 70 TO THE PRELIMINARY SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT FOR CLINCH RIVER BREEDER REACTOR PLANT The application for a Construction Permit and Class 104(b) Operating License for the Clinch River Breeder Reactor Plant, docketed April 10,1975, in NRC Docket No. 50-537, is hereby amended by the submission of Amendment No. 70 to the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report pursuant to 50.34(a) of 10 CFR Part 50.
This Amendment No. 70 includes: Responses to NRC requests for additional information contained in letters dated February 26, 1982; Revisions to Chapter 13. " Conduct of Operations"; Sections 17.0, 17.1, 17A, 17C, and 17F, "A Description of the Owner, Balance of Plant Supply, and Constructor Quality Assurance Programs", Appendix C, " Safety Related Reliability Program"; and other updates and revisions.
A Certificate of Service,' confirming service of Anendment No. 70 to the PSAR upon designated local public officials and representatives of the EPA, will be filed with ytiur cffice after service has been made. Three signed originals of this letter and 97 copies of this amendment, each with a copy of the submittal letter, are hereby submitted.
