FSV Decommissioning Fire Protection Plan Update Gentlemen:
This letter trans nits Public Service Company of Colorado's (PSC) first annual update of the Fort St.
Viain (FSV) Decommissioning Fire Protection Plan (DFPP), Sections 1 through 4. The DFPP does not req 2e review o' approval by the NRC since it is no longer a licansing basis document, however the DFPP is being submitted for informationa! purposes. A 10 CFR 50.59 safety evaluation of the changes was performed and concluded that none of the changes constitute an unreviewed safety question.
The attachment to this letter is a brief summary of the principal changes incorporated into the DFPP.
