YELLOW CREEK NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - COOLING TOWER MAKEUP CONTROL - YCRD-50-566/81-15, YCRD-50-567/81 FOURTH INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector J. C:lenjak on April 23, 1981 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR YCN EEB 8102. This was followed by our interim reports dated May 26, July 8, and August 18, 1981. TVA is still in the process of analy::ing the safety-related requirements imposed by the design criteria. We expect to submit our next report by March 18, 1982.
