Docket Nos.- 50-247 SP, 50-286 SP Gentlemen: - ',s Transmitted herewith is County Executive DelBello's Amended Petition for Leave to Intervene and a Notice of Appearance in the above-entitled matter.
The County Executive supports holding the hearings in accessible locations in both New York City and Westchester County, and offers the Board the use of County facilities for hearings to be held in Westchester.
In addition, I wish to correct for the record, a statement made at the special pre-hearing conference on December 2. It was the licensees and not the counties that were responsible for preparation of the Radiological Emergoincy Response Plans for Indian Point. The plans were prepared by consultants for the two operating utilities, Con Edison and the Power, Authority of the State of New York.
,. Sincerely, .
