As was stated in that request, the legal representative of these inter-venors was absent and had not had an opportunity to receive and consider the Appeal Doard's decision within the brief pariod of time provided for filing an appeal of the decision.

Having now had an opportunity to exaraine AhAB-657, the Intervenors' representative withdraws the request for an extension of time to respond to this decision. Since Alt 3-657 is an interia decision remanding the issue to the Licensing Coard and further evidence may be developed sub-sequently, the Intervenors will await a conclusion of the natter before determining whether or not an appaal would be appropriate. the right to file an appeal following reconsideration of the issues in question as the Co:aaission's Rules of Practice provide.
