50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.59, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to the licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the technical specifications for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2 (Enclosure 1). The proposed amendment requests changes in the responsibility for the effluent technical specifications, adds valve FCV-77-20 to Table 3.6-2, revises the land use census, and adds a note to the fire suppression water system surveillance requirements.
Justifications to support the proposed changes are also provided (Enclosure 2).
In accordance with the requireacnts of 10 CFR Part 170.22, we have determined the proposed amendment to be Class II for unit 1 and Class I for unit 2.
These classifications are-based on the facts that the amendment is administrative in nature and that the changes apply to two identical units on the same site. The remittance of $1,600 is being i
wired to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Attention: Licensing Fee Management Branch.
