Dear Mr. Denten:
By Reference (a) we requested amendments to Operating Licenses DPR-53 and DPR-69 with the submittal of proposed changes to Technical Specification 3.7.8.1.
The changes were subsequently approved and issued by NRC for Unit No.1 (DPR-53) by letter dated December 12, 1980. Action on the same change for Unit No. 2 was deferred until supplemental infomation could be provided.
That infomation is enclosed herein, and we request that the apprcpriate amendment be issued. The original description, discussion and Safety / Environ-mental reviews of Reference (a) remain unchanged.
We have determined that this submittal constitutes supplementary infor-(
mation to a previous request for amendment and that, pursuant to 10 CFR Part 170, no additicnal fee is required.
