LICENSEE'S RESPONSE TO APPEAL BOARD ORDER OF AUGUST 13, 1982 The Appeal Board has requested Licensee and the Common-wealth to provide additional information in response to two specific inquiries.
Licensee's response follows.
Inquiry:
Whether or not the communications drill re-quired by the Licensing Board at it 1756-57 and 2010 (g) of its Partial Initial Decision has already been conducted and if not, whether, and at what time such drill is scheduled.
Response
The required communications drill was com-pleted on October 14, 1981.
Information about the drill has been submitted to the NRC Staff and it is Licensee's under-standing that the staff has found the drill acceptable.
Inquiry:
When the next regularly scheduled communica-tions drill or annual exercise is anticipated.
Response
The 1982 TMI Annual Exercise was conducted on August 11, 1982.
No date has yet been set for the 1983 bRADOC
