-36a-This contention consists wholly of unsupported scurrilous allegations. Consumers Power Company is not aware of any " job losses due to QA/QC reporting." If Mrs.

Stamiris knows of any such job losses, she has an obligation to come forward with more specific information. Who was fired? Why? When?

The same objection goes for Mrs. Stamirls' allegation of'" fear of contacting NRC" and " threats of intimidation." If Mrs.- Stamiris has any basis for asserting that such conditi~ons exist, she ought to come forward with it. Especially where an intervenor chooses to accuse an Applicant of serious misconduct such as this, the inter-venor has an obligation to provide specifics.

(6) Stamiris Amended Operating License Contention 6 states:

It is improper for Bechtel employees to have to sign a promise not to divulge information about the nuclear plant to the public,- as an initial job condition because it'tends to intimidate workers from raising safety concerns when frustrated with internal reporting system limitations.
