The following corrections shouls be made to the Licensees' Response to August 9,1982 Memorandum and Certification filed on Aug. 13, 1982:
1.
on page 2, line 1 of the incomplete footnote, insert the words "into 22 Board-formulated" before the word
" contentions;"
2.
on page 6, line 9 of the text, change the word
" estimates" to " estimate;" and on page 8, line 2 of the Conclusion, insert the words 3.
i "and Consolidated Edison Co. of New York, Inc." after the words "New York" and change the word " requests" to
" reques t. "
