Initial notification of the subject deficiency was made to MRC-CI2 Perion II Inspector R. W. Wright en June 18, 1480. The final and the first supplenental reports were submitted on July 18 and Dececher 2?,1^90, respectivaly. Bis letter constitutes "!A's second su plemental response o't the subject deficiency.
GE has informed TVA that it anticipates shipping the replace"!ents for the deficient motors by November 1, 1981, in order to complete the corrective actions for this nonconformance.
