Enclosed are forty (40) revised copies of Shoreham's Fire Hazard Analysis Report (FHAR) . This report is being submitted as confirmatory documentation in accordance with Section 9.5.1 of Supplement No. 1 to the Safety Evaluation Report, and it has been revised to:

a) Incorporate to the best of our understanding the commitments and agreements reached with the staff in the course of their review and preparation of Safety Evaluation Report input.

b) Include a section providing specific NRC questions and associated LILCO responses.
