Dear Mr. Collins:

We will be unable to submit the Final Report on Significant Construction Deficiency No. 44 on the committed date of August 31, 1982.

l The current shipping date from Anchor-Darling on the valves required is August 15, 1982. Completion of the corrective action required, and the review of the supporting documentation should be accomplished by December 17, 1982, at which time the Final Report will be submitted.
