Dear Dr. Lazo:
There is enclosed herewith a motion on behalf of Gerald M. Hansler of the Delaware River Basin Commission, concerning the application filed by Del-Aware to take the deposition of Mr. Hansler on August 17, 1982.
As I indicated in my telephone conversation, I have not had an opportunity to review the application as filed.
Although I discussed this matter with Mr. Sugarman, it was not possible to reach any mutual understanding.
As the attached motion indicated, Mr. Hansler will be out of this area through August 30, 1982.
We respectfully request, therefore, that this application be denied,or in the alternative,that the deposition be rescheduled for DRBC's offices in West Trenton, New Jersey, for August 30, 1982,or thereafter.
