Dear Congressman Duncan:
This is in response to your letter of October 19, 1993, requesting that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission meet with Mr. Hashem Hashemian, President of the Analysis and Measurement Services Corporation, a Nuclear Power Engineering Company located in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Officials from the company met with Commissioner Forrest Remick on October 25, 1993, followed by a subsequent meeting with the Commissioner's staff on October 27, 1993.
They indicated at the end of the meeting that they were satisfied with NRC's response and that no further action was required.
