Attached is the revised report for Volume II of the " Final Project Report for the Decontamination and Decommissioning of the Plutonium Facility and the Multiple Failure Building, Nuclear Lake, Pawling, NY" November 5,1993. Following a teleconference with Dave Fauver and myself, we agreed that additional clarification of the report was needed to prevent any confusion to a reader that is unfamiliar with the project.
The attached revised report in no way changes any of the data found in the following submitted reports:
