Unit 1) ) October 31, 1980 ORDER RELATIVE TO SOC'S MOTION TO FURTHER DEFER BRIEFING ON THE TMI POLICY STATEMENT On October 23, 1980, Shoreham Opponent Coalition (SOC) moved for an indefinite deferral of the TMI briefs requested in the Board's Order of June 26, 1980. The Board's Order of July 18, 1980 granted the Applicant's motion to defer the TMI briefs until October 31, 1980. SOC stated that the Applicant and Staff agree -ith the suh~ w of the preser motion.
