In its Memorandum on Board Questions of September 12, 1930, the Board specified a number of questions to be addressed in written testimony and at the hearing.
On September 26 the Board propounded an additional question - Board Question 11.
The Staff filed its testimony in response to the Board Question regarding UCS Contention 6 and to Board Questions 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7 on October 14. NRC Staff testimony on Board Question 8 had been filed on September 15. NRC Staff testimony in response to the Board questions listed below is enclosed:
