ORDER August 13, 1982 In its Partial Initial Decision of December 14, 1981, LBP-81-59, 14 NRC 1211 (1981), the Licensing Board required prior to restart "at least one communications drill similar to that suggested by the Commonwealth...."
Id. at 1706.
We request that the licensee and the Commonwealth advise us whether or not such drill has already been conducted and if not, wWether, and at what time such drill is scheduled.
They should also advise us when the next regularly scheduled communications drill or annual exercise is anticipated.
