-The purpose of this modification is to make revisions to Section F, Section H,Section I and Attachment 1 to Section J.
Accordingly, the following changes are made:
1.
SECTION F - Paragraph F.7 Deliverables, subparagraph 6 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
At the completion of the contract, the contractor shall deliver the " key word" and " key phrase" searchable database described in Tasks 1.5 and 2.7.
This includes (1) the ZY Index software provided to the contractor by the NRC; and (2) all data in the database on 3 1/2 inch high density diskettes.
At the completion of the contract, the contractor shall deliver the ISTS Comment Resolution Database described in Task 1.6.
This includes all program files necessary to run the database and all data files, compressed and on 3 1/2 inch high density diskettes.
2.
SECTION H - Paragraph H.4 is revised to read as follows:
H.4 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT / PROPERTY (JUN 1988)
(a)
The NRC will provide the contractor with the following items for use under this contract:
(1)
Hard copies and the Wordperfect 5.1 files corresponding to each set of ISTS; (2)
Wordperfect 5.1 files corresponding to plant-specific Technical Specifications at the time they are provided to the NRC by the licensee.
(3)
The " key word" and " key phrase" searchable database described in Tasks 1.5 and 2.7; i
(4)
The Comment Resolution Database described in Task 1.6; and (5)
The Format and Style Guide which was produced during the development of the ISTS.

SECTION I - The following clause is added to Section I and is incorporated by reference:
52.245-5 GOVERNMENT PROPERTY (COST-REIMBURSEMENT, TIME-AND-MATERIAL, OR LABOR-HOUR CONTRACTS) JAN 1986 4.
SECTION J - Attachment 1, Billing Instructions for Cost Reimbursement Type Contracts, is revised to permit bi-monthly billings.
All other terms and conditions, including the ceiling amount of
$1,583.685.23, shall remain unchanged.
