TRANSFER OF THERMO-LAG TECHNICAL ISSUES 3

This memorandum is to inforn you that the responsibility for followup review activities of the technical concern regarding Thermo-Lag and Thermal Science, g.

c" Inc. will be transferred from the Special Review Team to the Plant Systems Branch effective January 31, 1992. A final report is being prepared by the Special Review Team that will include a list of the technical issues and the current status of each issue.

h In preparation for the transfer of the technical issues to your staff, a meeting with the Office of the Inspector General (0IG) has been scheduled for e

January 21 1992, 10:00 a.m., in Room 1 F 19.

If available, I would like yourself, Conrad McCracken, Ralph Architzel and Pat Hadden to be in J-attendance. The purpose of the meeting will be for the OIG to present background information on the investigation and to discuss areas where caution may be necessary when handling sensitive information.
