Dear Mr. Collins:
We are unabic to complete the corrective action on Significant Construction De'iciency No. 55 necessary to submit the Final Report by August 2, 1982.
The amount of rework required to complete the corrective action and the documentation review will be accomplished by December 15, 1982 at which time the Final Report on Significant Construction Deficiency No. 55 will be submitted.
