SHOREHAM NUCLEAR POWER STATION /R0 I INVESTIGATION CONCERNING In accordance with your memorandum, subject as above, dated May 16, 1980, the package forwarded at that time has been reviewed.
Based on our review, no further action by this office is contemplated.
Even accepting that certain statements made to the investigators were false, there is nothing to indicate that those statements were " material" e.g., they were calculated to make the NRC conduct an investigation of knowingly false allegations.
