Enclosed are copies of the signed and notarized affidavits of the NRC l
Staff who participated in answering "NRC Staff's Supplemental Answers to Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc. and the Sierra Club Twenty-sixth Set of Interrogatories to Staff" filed on July 9, 1982. Mr. Michael E. Wangler was unable to sign his affidavit because he has been on a business trip.
Therefore, Mr. Walter Pasciak has signed an affidavit for those interrogatory questions.
Also enclosed is a copy of Mr. Cardis Allen's affidavit for the "NRC Staff's Answers to Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc. and the Sierra 3
Club Twenty-sixth Set of Interrogatories to Staff" filed on July 27, 1982.
Mr. Allen's affidavit of July 27, 1982 has a typographical error.
Therefore, please replace his previous affidavit with the August 10, 1982 affidavit.
