Dear Mr. Collins:
The Final Report on Significant Construction Deficiency No. 38 was to be submitted on August 16, 1982. We are unable to meet this date.
The replacement panels for the Emergency Diesel Generator are presently being installed. Completion of the corrective action and the reivew of the supporting documentation will be accomplished to allow the submittal of the Final Report of Significant Construction Deficiency No. 38 by September 10, 1982.
