We received today the Board's August 5, 1982 Memorandum and Order denying the League's petition for waiver of or excep-tion to 10 CFR S S 51. 23(c) and 51. 53(c).

1, the Board stated that, in ruling on the League's petitions, it would not consider DAARE/ SAFE's Reply to I

the responses of CE and the staff.

DAARE/ SAFE's petitions for waiver of or exception to those same regulations, as well as to the financial qualifications regulations, filed July 30, referred to and relied in part upon DAARE/ SAFE's Reply.
